Our West Warwick Office is conveniently located 1 block south of the intersection of routes 2 and 3 on Cowesett Avenue. Our entrance and parking is in the back lot. The office is open Monday through Friday with appointment times available from 7am to 6pm.

Site managers are Colleen McGloin PT and Elaine Crellin PT. Physical Therapy services are provided by Colleen and Elaine as well as Jennifer Silva PT, ATC, Christine Thrift PT, and Mary Gagnon PTA.
